Bush cabbage can be found all over but this story happens at Mt Denison and where the creek bed is at Yuelamu. You find them at the side or in the middle of the creek bed. Ladies went hunting at the creek bed where they found bush cabbages hanging from trees. They were pulling at them - they looked like berries in the tree. They picked them and put them in the coolamon. They cooked them in the fire and they tasted really sweet. They can be eaten raw or cooked. You cook them in the fire. They taste sweet.
