I grew up at Napperby Cattle Station. That is where I was born.  My parents are both Anmatyerr. After that I was at Amoonguna Community (just out of Alice Springs) as a teenager. And I stayed there a long time.  Come back to Napperby Cattle Station and I used to live there. I went to Coniston and met my husband there, where we got married.

I was living there with family at Coniston. Then moved to Mt Allan and had one daughter and after that a grandson from here. We moved to 10 mile Out Station in a caravan. My daughter went to the Pulardi school. Moving between the community and outstation.

We used to do painting for that old Kardia (non-Aboriginal) man. Camping in the creek. He would buy canvas and take it to Adelaide. There was no canvas and we used to paint on a tent, calico tent.  I like to make dot painting. just only with bush tucker like bush berries, bush food, whitchetty grub for a long time.  It is really good when you do painting.
