My Lovely Daisy, You’re always ready in the morning to come to the art center.
The community of Yuelamu at the moment is really quiet between the Easter holidays …
We are preparing an exhibition in April in Hepburn, Victoria.
We went bush shopping with Lisa Mpetyan Cook and Elsie Mpetyan Moore.
It’s always a pure joy to find objects to recycle. The artists love it and they are very creative in recycling these objects.
My sweet, beautiful Daisy Pengard Frank. Every morning, she waits impatiently for someone to pick her up from her home. She transmits this joy to us on canvas because her color palette is always very juicy. I love your colors, Daisy thank you so much to joining us every day 🥰👏🏼
Going hunting with your artists is an unforgettable moment of sharing, connections to the land and ancestral knowledge. Thank you Loretta Penang Morton for this moment: @inkwareny_artists
We are closing the studio today and the artists have painted to the end
Here are our latest productions. See you next year for new adventures

Martina Napangardi Wheeler spent the week with us painting his aunt’s Tjukurrpa. It’s the story of women who travel to find water. Thank you Martina for your beautiful artwork and your kindness. You can buy on your website soon or send me a message 🥰
When Lilly our elder is also inspired by the recycling project.

When you turn the kitchen into an exhibition space
The artists are happy to have their work showcased. We hope our guests will buy some of their paintings.
This is the incredible work of Shonnelle Pwerrerl Stanford. This large painting was created using natural ochre pigments. Shonnelle is an important member of the community, always caring and looking after everyone. She is our Chair Director at Inkwareny, and we are very happy to have her as our boss. #inkwarenyartists #yuelamu
