Kwaty Anengkerr (Water Dreaming)

Yuelamu is arguably the driest community in Australia. Water is very important and scarce. Knowledge of the water, waterholes and their songlines is central to the people of Anmatyerr Country. Water dreaming is big and comes from Yuendumu way, north of Yuendumu where, “They can make big rain.”
